District Camps

The Great Okinawa District offers several camping opportunities on island to include:

• Cub Scout Day Camp
• Cub Scout Fall Family Camp
• Cub Scout Spring Family Camp
• Cub Scout Resident Camp
• Ryukyu Rendezvous/Weblos Woods
• Klondike Derby
• Boy Scout Resident Camp
  

Staff Opportunities

Each of the camps on Okinawa is reliant on volunteer staff. If you are interested in serving on one or more of the camps please contact the Scout Service Center. Staff positions are available for registered members 14 to 99 years of age. Staff applications are due at the January Roundtable each year. Permissive TDY/TAD letters are available for military members.  You can download the staff application here.
