Misc Documents

Addition to Old Adult Application

New Adult leaders must read & sign this form in addition to the regular application when using the "old" application form.  Anyone with a "new" application already has this portion in it. Adult applications without the signature under this portion will no longer be accepted.

Scouting Jeopardy

You will need two fonts installed on your computer to display and edit this file correctly.  The fonts are "Enchanted" and "Gyparody".

2008 Quality Unit Form

When completing your recharter packet for 2009 you will need to finish filling out the 2008 Quality Unit Form to see if you met your unit goals for the year.
