Cub Scout Leaders
Cub Scout Leaders are considered trained when they have completed
the following courses:
- Youth Protection Training - Youth
Protection is available at the
online learning center.
- Cub Scout Leader Fast Start Orientation -
Cub Scout Leader Fast Start is available at the
online learning center.
- New Leader Essentials Training - New Leader
Essentials Training is usually held at Basic Leader Training,
check out the district calendar
for upcoming dates.
- Cub Scout Leader Specific Training for their
Position - Cub Scout Leader Specific Training is
usually held in conjunction with Basic Leader Training, check
out the district calendar for
upcoming dates.
Boy Scout Leaders
Boy Scout Leaders are considered trained when they have completed
the following courses:
- Youth Protection Training - Youth
Protection is available at the
online learning center.
- Boy Scout Leader Fast Start Orientation -
Boy Scout Leader Fast Start is available at the
online learning center.
- New Leader Essentials Training - New Leader
Essentials Training is usually held at Basic Leader Training,

In addition to the above training, (depending on your position)
there are different training requirements:
- Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmasters
- Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster Leader
Specific Training - Scoutmaster Leader Specific

- Outdoor Leader Skills Training - This
is usually held at the
Ryukyu
Rendezvous, check out the district calendar
for future dates.
